Take babycorn cut them into half and them into half again
Now transfer them into a pressure cooker add water till corn is immersed
Cook till 4 to 5 whistles and allow to release all the pressure
After releasing pressure remove all water and transfer them into a bowl
Now add all purpose flour, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger and mix well
Gradually add water so that the consistency should be just maida is coated to corn but not as a batter
As corn are cooked in water they require less water to mix with maida
Now heat oil for deep frying and fry these marinated corn till they golden brown and crisp
Then transfer them into a tissue paper so that they will absorb the excess oil
Now in other pan add oil and fry ginger, green chilly and curry leaves
Now first add capsicum and fry till it looses it raw flavour but don't cook completely
Now add onions and saute for other 2min
Meanwhile in a small cup add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilly sauce and mix together
Once onions are sauted well add these sauces and cook on high flame till they are done
Now in a small cup add rice flour / corn flour mix with water add this mixture so that sauce get thick
Allow to cook for a boil on high flame once the sauce is ready add little salt, red chilly powder and.saute for min
Now add fried baby corn and mix well so that sauce get well coated with corn
Before serving add coriander, spring onion green and serve hot
