Dal Beeji material :-
1 cup Chana Dal
1 cup moong dal without peeled
1 cup Masoor Dal without peel
1 cup Magaz (Melon seeds)
A pinch of alum
2 tablespoons milk
Oil for frying
Plain salt, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper as per taste
Directions
Method :-
Wash all the pulses and soak them in water for 10-12 hours and add 2 spoons of milk to it.
Now take out the water and spread it in a cloths when the whole water dries then add a pinch of alum to it.
Now heat the oil in the pan and fry all the pulses on medium heat till they turn pink and take them out in the paper so that the excess oil comes out.
In another pan, fry the Magaz on low heat without adding any oil and mix it in the fried lentils.
Now add salt, chaat masala and black pepper as per taste
Place the prepared lentil in an air tide container
