In a cooker add 3 glass water
Add 1 bowl washed urad dal
Add vegitables bottle gourd , brinjal , nd pumpkin
Add salt ,lal mirch , haldi
Cover it
After 4 whistles switch off the gas
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil
Add sarson , methi dana , dhaniya powder , sambhar powder
Add whole red chilly
Add curry leaves
Mix this tadka in cooker
Add tamrind paste in cooker
Boil the sambhar
It is ready
For Idli ,soak urad dal , rice ,poha and methi dana for 4 hours
Strain it
Grind it
Leave it for 7 to 8 hours
In idli maker boil water
Greese the mold
Add batter
And steam the Idlies
