Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup boiled rajma

  • 1 boiled potato

  • 1 tsp mint

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp coriander

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp or to taste salt

  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli

  • 4 tsp corn flour

  • 1/2 cup roasted chana powder

  • 1 cup or as required oil for frying

Directions

    Smesh rajmarg. Mix boiled and meshed potato, chopped green coriander, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chilies, salt, garam masala and prepare the mixture.

    Make a slurry of corn flour by mixing little water to it.

  • 03

    Add roasted chana powder to the mixture. Make kababs out of the mixture.

    Coat it in cornflour slurry and fry golden brown.

  • 05

    Serve it with phudina chutney and lachcha onion
