Soak moong dal over night
Grind it with ginger, green chilli cumin seeds, Black pepper, curry leaves, salt and little water .batter should not be too much thick or thin .
Heat a non stick tawa on low flame. Now spread the batter on it. When it gets little cook then add some oil on it.
Spread some chopped onion green chilli and coriander leaves on its layer . Cover it with a lid and cook for few minutes.
Cook until it gets crispy and light golden . Then fold it and take out in a plate. Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
You can use moong sprouts to make it more healthy
