Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup chickpeas
1 capsicum
1 onion
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp garlic paste
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp honey
1 lemon juice
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Soak chickpeas in the hot water
Now pressure cook for 15 minutes
Heat oil in a pan add garlic paste and chopped green chillis
Add chopped onions after 2 minutes
Add chopped capsicum also and saute for 2 minites
Now add all the sauces with honey ,salt ,red chilli powder and lemon juice
Now add boiled chickpeas mix well and decorate with coriander leaves
