Lobiya 1 cup
Finely chopped onion 1
Finely chopped tomato 2
Finely chopped green chilly 2
Khajur Imli chutney ( tamarind jaggery chutney/ sauce ) 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 2 pinches
Namkeen Farsaan 1 Cup
Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
Directions
Wash and soak lobia in fresh water for about a hour
Add some tumeric powder and salt to taste to it
Pressure cook for 2-4 whistles and allow it to cool completely
In a mixing bowl take all above mentioned ingredients and add cold and cooked lobia . Add chopped fresh coriander ,give it a mix and serve immediately . Enjoy endlessly protien power packed lobia bhel
