Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Lobiya 1 cup

  • Finely chopped onion 1

  • Finely chopped tomato 2

  • Finely chopped green chilly 2

  • Khajur Imli chutney ( tamarind jaggery chutney/ sauce ) 2 tablespoons

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 2 pinches

  • Namkeen Farsaan 1 Cup

  • Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon

Directions

    Wash and soak lobia in fresh water for about a hour

  • 02

    Add some tumeric powder and salt to taste to it

  • 03

    Pressure cook for 2-4 whistles and allow it to cool completely

  • 04

    In a mixing bowl take all above mentioned ingredients and add cold and cooked lobia . Add chopped fresh coriander ,give it a mix and serve immediately . Enjoy endlessly protien power packed lobia bhel
