Wash lobiya in running water and soak for 1 hour in sufficient water
Add some salt and turmeric powder to it and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or untill soft and done
Take dry spices
Dry roast
Take all in mixer jar and prepare a powder out of it
Now add chopped ginger garlic onion and tomato to it. heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds , Cinnamon stick and ready paste to it ... saute' well.... add all the powder spices to it and cook gravy until oil separates
And prepare a smooth paste of it
Add cooked lobiya , Salt to taste. ,little jaggery and tamarind pulp to it ... Cook covered on low heat .
Garnish with some chopped coriander, green chillies and pomegranate seeds (optional) and serve hot immediately with roti Puri paratha rice or naan
