  • Make delicious chana pulao # material :- Soak 10 minutes before making 2 cups of rice 1 cup soaked black gram 1 bay leaf 2 small cardamoms 1 large cardamom 4-5 whole black pepper 2-3 cloves 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 spoon garam masala 2 tablespoons curd 1 teaspoon whole coriander seeds 2 red whole chillies 1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi 1 piece cinnamon Salted taste 1 onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 spoon ginger garlic paste 3-5 drops of lemon juice

Directions

  • Heat the pan, fry cumin, coriander, black pepper, big and small cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, red chillies on low heat, now cool and grind these spices and mix them in curd Now heat the cooker, add ghee, add ginger garlic paste and fry it. Now add onions, fry it lightly, which is a paste of curd, now add it well. Now fry for 1-2 minutes. Now add soaked rice and salt and mix well and Fry on low flame for 1 minute, now add 3 1/2 cups of water, add kasori methi add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee, add 3-4 drops of lemon juice and cover with a lid on high flame for 2 whistles. Serve the prepared pulao with hot raita, chutney
