Ingredients
Serves 4
Kabuli chana 1-2 cups
Finely chopped onion 1-2
Finely chopped tomato 1 Cup
Finely chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
Finely chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped cabbage 1 Cup
Finely chopped spring onion 1 Cup
Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Green chillies vertically chopped 2
Vertically chopped Capsicum 2
Oil 4-8 tablespoons
Directions
Wash chana in running water and soak in sufficient water over night or 5-6 hours.
Add some salt and pressure cook chana for 5 whistles ,allow it to cool and remove excess water by straining
Heat some oil in Pan and saute' chana for 5 minutes on medium heat
Take out chana in a plate . Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in Pan, add finely chopped ginger garlic and onion , saute'for a while and add all the finely chopped Veggies to it .
Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce , green chilli sauce, vinegar , green chilli , Salt to taste and mix well on high heat
Cook for some more time and serve hot immediately
