Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 2 pinches baking soda


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1 capsicum


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tomato


  • 1 tsp oregano herbs


  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • 100 grams mozarella cheese


  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1.5 cup mashed boiled chickpeas

Directions

  • Firstly knead the fine flour adding baking soda, salt and curd. Rest it for half an hour.
  • Now make the chapati of the dough on a non stick tava. Roast it half from both sides.
  • Spread the roti on a plate apply both the sauces onions and evenly spread chickpeas.
  • Now sprinkle salt pepper and oregano on it.
  • Now roll it and fix toothpicks on it and spread some pizza sauce and grated cheese on it.
  • At last decorate it with capsicum and tomatoes.
  • Keep it in the pre heated oven and bake at 180 degree for 8 minutes.
  • Remove let it cool and cut into pieces.
