Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 pinches baking soda

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 capsicum

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 tsp oregano herbs

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 100 grams mozarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1.5 cup mashed boiled chickpeas

    Firstly knead the fine flour adding baking soda, salt and curd. Rest it for half an hour.

    Now make the chapati of the dough on a non stick tava. Roast it half from both sides.

    Spread the roti on a plate apply both the sauces onions and evenly spread chickpeas.

    Now sprinkle salt pepper and oregano on it.

    Now roll it and fix toothpicks on it and spread some pizza sauce and grated cheese on it.

    At last decorate it with capsicum and tomatoes.

    Keep it in the pre heated oven and bake at 180 degree for 8 minutes.

    Remove let it cool and cut into pieces.
