Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 small katori basmati rice

  • 1 katori soaked green peas

  • 1 chopped carrot

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

  • 2 tea spoon soya sauce

  • 1 bunch chopped spring onion

  • 1.5 tea spoon vinegar

  • 1.5 tea spoon red chilly sauce

  • 1.5 tea spoon schezwan chutney

Directions

    Soak rice take vessel boil water add rice in it and let it cook

  • 02

    Soak peas, chop carrot, chopped onion, sauce and vinegar

  • 03

    Strain water from rice

  • 04

    Take kadai add little butter and saute all veggies

  • 05

    Add rice all sayces and mix well add chopped spring onion , rice ready to serve
