Ingredients

  • Beetroot...1

  • White chickpea/Kabuli chana...100gm

  • Sesame seeds...2tbspn

  • Olive oil ...4 to 5tbspn

  • Cumin powder...1tbspn

  • Red chilli powder...1tbspn

  • Lemon juice....3tbspn

  • Garlic juice....3tbspn

  • Salt ...1/2tspn

  • Coriander powder...1tbspn

Directions

    Boil beetroot & make a paste of it.

    In a mixing jar, add 2tbspn each sesame seeds & olive oil.

    Add 1tbspn each cumin powder, coriander powder & red chilli powder.Add boiled chickpead & 1/2cup of water.Blend it well.

    Add beetroot paste & again blend it .Apply 2tbspn olive oil over it & decorate with sesame seeds & boiled chickpeas

    Hummus is ready now.Serve it with any type of bread.
