Ingredients
Serves 4
1/2 cup Urad dal
2 tablespoons Oats
1 Onion (finely chopped)
3 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi
1/3 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
Oil 1 cup or for frying
Salt 1 teaspoon
Directions
Soak urad dal and grind a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl add urad dal paste, oats, onion, green chilli, salt, kasuri methi, red chilli & Chaat masala
Mix it well all the ingredients (no need to add water)
Heat oil in a wok pour small small amount of mixture in a hot oil and fry till golden colour or until crispy.
Sprinkle some more chaat masala.
Serve hot with chai
