Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup sprouted moong


  • 1tsp oil


  • 1/4tsp turmeric


  • 1/2cup sproted moth


  • 1/2 tsp Salt


  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • 1tbsp roasted cashews


  • 1tbsp pomegranate


  • 1tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1tbsp roasted peanuts


  • 1/4tsp hing


  • 1/2tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Heat a pan add oil
  • When oil heated up add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, turmeric, chopped green chilly n saute it.
  • Then add sprouted moong n moth n stir fry for 5min n close a lid on pan for 5min.
  • Then add salt n blackpepper powded n mix it n stir for 2-3 min.
