Hit the 4tbsp weight oil in a pan. Added cumin seed, bay leaf, whole red chilli, chopped onion & fri until onion get pink.
Then add chopped green chilli, garlic, & chopped tometos & fri this.
Then added corinder powder, red chilli powder, & little bit of water. Then close the led.
Another side take 3 types of dal moong dal, channa dal, arhar dal & dry rost them. & Pressure cook them for 4 citi. In a low flame.
Now open the led, & mixed the boiled dal. & 1/2 cup of water. Mixed well everything.
After 2-3 minits added 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup curd, 3/4 cup cream. Mixed with dal very well.
Then added 2tbsp ghee, 1/2tsp hing, & green cardamom & cloves pest. Mixed everything very well.
Now take a burning charcoal put into the small container, & take 1tsp of ghee put into the charcoal. & Close the led.
After 1mini just open the led.
Now this dal garnish with red chilli, chilli oil, fresh cream. & Coriander lifes.
