Ingredients

Serves 5

  • sugar (1tbsp),

  • green chillies (3)

  • Turmeric powder (2tsp)

  • Mustard oil (2 tbsp)

  • Bite size potatoes (2)

  • Chopped pumpkin leaves (350 gm)

  • Finger sized pumpkin stam (200gm)

  • Salt to taste (1 tbsp)

  • Mustard seeds (1 tsp)

Directions

    Heat up a pan add in mustard oil.

    Add the mustard seeds when the oil is hot and smoking.

  • 03

    Add in the potatoes and fry well.

  • 04

    Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and green chilies. Mix well

  • 05

    Add all the chopped pumpkin leaves and stem and mix well for 5 minutes.

    Add 500 ml of water and cook on medium flame for next 5 minutes.

  • 07

    Cover the pan and cook it for next 12 minutes on low heat.

  • 08

    Cook until the water is dry and leaves are soft.
