Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 dodke / ridgegaurd ,peeled and chopped


  • 1 cup chana dal , soaked 1 hour


  • 5 garlic


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil in cooker
  • Add mustard and when it splutters
  • Add garlic and wait till it burns a little
  • Add chopped dodke and dal and all the seasonings
  • Pressure cook it for one whistle and serve hot
