  • Very tasty and healthy dhokla… make it in this style #Mexican_Moung_Dhokla (Zero Oil Steamed Dhokla) material :- 2 bowl sprouted moong 1/2 bowl corn 1/2 bowl Rajma soaked (soaked in 8-9 hours of water) 1 bowl Mix chopped vegetables (carrots, capsicum, beans, cabbage) Salt to taste 1 teaspoon green chilli ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon fruit salt Ingredients for Tempering: - 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds 7-8 curry leaves 2-3 chopped green chilies 1 lemon juice 1-2 teaspoons sugar Green chutney ,sweet chutney as per taste Coriander leaves, cheese to garnish

    Method :- Grind moong, rajma, corn together with a little water Now mix salt and mix vegetables, ginger garlic chilli paste in this paste Now pour water in the cooker or steamer, place a stand or utensil in it so that the Dhokla solution does not come directly in contact with the heat. Now add the fruit salt to the prepared solution and mix it in a lightly greased pot (the solution is not too thin or too thick) and place it on a medium flame in a cooker or steamer. After 12-15 minutes, check with a tooth pick or knife. If the Dhokla is not sticking, if it is sticking then keep it for a while After making dhokla it is necessary to add the without oil only rosted or crack the mustard seeds, sesame seeds in a pan, now add curry leaves, green chillies, and add 1 bowls of water, now add lemon juice, a little salt and sugar and boil it well. Spread well on top of dhokla now add chutney as per taste and garnish with coriander leaves and cottage cheese...serv this tasty dhokla
