Clean green gram and add it in pressure cooker add salt turmeric powder and water
Pressure cook on medium flame for two minutes
Crush garlic, ginger, greenchilli well and add grated coconut and pinch jeera and crush it just to blend everything
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add currry leaves,. Add shallots and saute it until soft and translucent
Add crushed micture to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes
Then add cooked greengram, taste and add salt as requires
