Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups Moong Dal


  • 1/2 Cup chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 Cup chopped Tomato


  • 1/2 Cup chopped Onion


  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn


  • 3 -4 Green chillies chopped


  • 2 Tsp Salt


  • 1 Tsp Red Chill flakes


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp Baking Soda


  • 3-4 Tblsp oil


  • 1 cube processed Cheese

Directions

  • Wash and soak dal for 3 to 4 hrs. After that grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Add 1 tsp salt and baking soda into dal and mix well.
  • In a wok add 1 tblsp. Oil, when heated add onions saute it.
  • Add tomto, capsicum, sweet corn, green chillies and 1 tsp salt , mix well.
  • Saute it for 2 -3 mins and add red chilli flakes and oregano and mix well.
  • In a pan apply little oil when heated and add 1 to 2 laddels of moong daal batter into round shape.
  • Keep it little thick.
  • Cook for 1 to 1 and half min, flip it and apply pizza sauce on it.
  • Spread vegetable mixture over it and grate cheese.
  • Cover it for 2 min. or till cheese melts.
  • Off the flame, transfer pizza to a plate, Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes over it. Cut it into pcs. and enjoy.
  • Moong Dal Pizza is ready!!!
