Ingredients
Serves 2
2 Cup overnight soaked and boiled black beans
1 medium size Chopped onions
1 medium size Chopped Tomato
7-8 Curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 turmeric powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Directions
In a mixing bowl wash and soak for overnight. Then boil it till they are smooth or well cooked.
Heat the oil in pan and splutter the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Curry leaves.
Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, saute well. Until Onion translucent
After add tomato puree into it. mix well.
Next add all Masala spices, stir again then add boiled black beans, saute it well.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves , Cover and cook for a minute.
Now black beans sabji is ready.
