Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 Cup overnight soaked and boiled black beans


  • 1 medium size Chopped onions


  • 1 medium size Chopped Tomato


  • 7-8 Curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • Salt to taste


  • 1/2 turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl wash and soak for overnight. Then boil it till they are smooth or well cooked.
  • Heat the oil in pan and splutter the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Curry leaves.
  • Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, saute well. Until Onion translucent
  • After add tomato puree into it. mix well.
  • Next add all Masala spices, stir again then add boiled black beans, saute it well.
  • Lastly add chopped coriander leaves , Cover and cook for a minute.
  • Now black beans sabji is ready.
