  • A. 1 bowl full of mixed sprouts it can include (pulses, white peas, black peas) B. 2 bid onions (finely chopped) C. 2 big tomatoes (chopped into small pieces) D. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste E. 2 green chillies (finely chopped) F. Half tablespoon red chili powder G. Half tablespoon turmeric powder H. Half tablespoon jeera powder I. Salt according to taste J. Some coriander leaves to garnish K. 250ml water L. 2 tablespoon oil


  • A. Heat the pressure cooker at low flame B. Add 2 tablespoon oil in it C. Add finely chopped onions and heat it till the colour of onions become pink D. Add 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste E. Add finely chopped tomato pieces F. Add 2 finely chopped green chillies G. Add salt according to taste H. Heat the mixture for a couple of 2 to 3 minutes I. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder J. Add sprouts and 250ml of water in it K. Cover the lid of the cooker and let it cook till 3 whistles of the pressure cookerL. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hit with chapati or rice
