  • Very tasty and nutritious chaat which is also very easy to make # Muradabadi Dal Chaat material :- 2 bowls of yellow moongdal ( bina chhilke wali ) Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon oil / ghee / butter 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida Ingredients for making chaat: - 1 onion finely chopped 1 Tomato, finely chopped according to Taste: Sweet chutney, green chutney, chaat masala , butter Pomegranate seeds coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Method :- Wash and soak the lentils for 10 minutes. Now add 3 bowls of water, salt, oil, asafoetida and turmeric powder in the cooker and cover it. Now after 3-4 whistles, reduce the heat and cool it down after 2-3 minutes. Now smooth the lentils with a spoon, pour a serving plate now add onions, tomatoes, green chutney, sweet chutney, put butter on the plate and serve it hot by adding pomegranate and coriander leaves.
