Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup mung chana and urad dal each

  • 3to 4 green chillies

  • 1/2inch Ginger

  • 1 onion

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 3 cups oil for deep fry

  • 1 cup coriander and curry leaves

Directions

  • 01

    soak all dal for 1 and half hour

  • 02

    drain water and grind it with green chillies, Ginger ,curry leaves and coriander leaves

  • 03

    add salt and chopped onion

  • 04

    make medu vada and deep fry until golden brown

  • 05

    Serve with coconut chutney
