Ingredients
Serves 3
1 cup mung chana and urad dal each
3to 4 green chillies
1/2inch Ginger
1 onion
1 spoon salt
3 cups oil for deep fry
1 cup coriander and curry leaves
Directions
soak all dal for 1 and half hour
drain water and grind it with green chillies, Ginger ,curry leaves and coriander leaves
add salt and chopped onion
make medu vada and deep fry until golden brown
Serve with coconut chutney
