Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6 arbi leaves


  • 1 cup moong dal


  • 5 green chillies


  • 1 spoon jeera


  • 1/2 inch Ginger


  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic


  • 1/4 spoon turmeric powder


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 3 spoons curd


  • 1 cup oil


  • 1 cup coriander and curry leaves

Directions

  • soak moong dal for one and half hour
  • drain the water and grind it with green chillies, coriander & curry leaves ..ginger , garlic
  • add salt and turmeric powder & curd to it
  • clean Arbi leaves and spread the better on it putting leave one on one
  • make a role of it in steamed for 15 minutes
  • cool and cut it into small pieces
  • Shallow fry and serve hot
  • ready to eat
