Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 6 arbi leaves

  • 1 cup moong dal

  • 5 green chillies

  • 1 spoon jeera

  • 1/2 inch Ginger

  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 spoon turmeric powder

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 3 spoons curd

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1 cup coriander and curry leaves

Directions

    soak moong dal for one and half hour

  • 02

    drain the water and grind it with green chillies, coriander & curry leaves ..ginger , garlic

  • 03

    add salt and turmeric powder & curd to it

  • 04

    clean Arbi leaves and spread the better on it putting leave one on one

  • 05

    make a role of it in steamed for 15 minutes

  • 06

    cool and cut it into small pieces

  • 07

    Shallow fry and serve hot

  • 08

    ready to eat
