Ingredients

  • 1 cup desi ghee


  • 2 cup besan


  • 2.5 cup caster sugar


  • 1.5 tbsp semolina


  • 8 Cashews

Directions

  • In a heavy bottom pan melt the and add semolina. Roast it slightly. Color should not changed.
  • Now add 1 tbsp gram flour and roast slightly.
  • Now add 1 more spoon gram flour. Roast it likewise and roast all the gramflour
  • When gramflour started to change the color turn off the gas.
  • Now either transfer it in plate or continue stir it. Because pan is hot and it can burn.
  • Let it cool completely. Now add sugar and mix.
  • Now take out handful mixture and shape it as laddu.
  • Garnish with cashews. Laddu are ready.
