In a heavy bottom pan melt the and add semolina. Roast it slightly. Color should not changed.
Now add 1 tbsp gram flour and roast slightly.
Now add 1 more spoon gram flour. Roast it likewise and roast all the gramflour
When gramflour started to change the color turn off the gas.
Now either transfer it in plate or continue stir it. Because pan is hot and it can burn.
Let it cool completely. Now add sugar and mix.
Now take out handful mixture and shape it as laddu.
Garnish with cashews. Laddu are ready.
