  • 250g.fresh sprouted rajma


  • 2finely chopped onions.


  • 2grated tomato🍅


  • 4kashmiri whole chilli


  • 8gRlic cloves


  • Ghee 2tsp.oil 2tsp


  • Salt chilli dhaniyajira powder haldi pinch hing pinch1lemonjuice.

Directions

  • Deepfry garlic nd chilli make paste.
  • Heat ghee nd oil add jira.
  • Add onion stire pink.
  • Add garlic chilli paste stire 2mins.
  • Add grated tomato stire 2mins.
  • Add rajma mix 2mins.
  • Add chilli dhaniya jia nd hakdi powder nd hing.
  • Add rajma nd salt.
  • Add 3bowl water. Cook 4whistle on fast flame nd keep 10 mins on slow flame.
  • It's ready to enjoy with rice or paratha add lemon juice nd corriender.
