Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 Multi grain bread

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Cup Mung beans sprouts

  • 1 small carrot

  • 1 Potato

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder

  • 1/4 Gram masala powder

  • 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder

  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup

  • 3 tsp Cooking oil

  • Salt to taste

    1)In a pan heat oil add onion,carrot saute well and cook it for 3 mins. 2)Add potato ,coriander powder,gram masala powder,red chilly powder and mix it well. 3)Add mung beans ,salt to taste saute well and cook it for 5 mins. 4)Take two slice of bread ,spread tomato ketchup on both sides,place the prepared stuffing and spread one slices then add cheese(optional)over the stuffing cover with the other slice of bread and grill.
