1.Heat butter & oil in a pan add onion and saute till transculent
Add ginger paste, garlic paste saute well, cook till the raw smell goes away
Add tomato mix well cook till the mixture is pulpy
Add rajma mix well, add pavbhaji masala, salt, grated carrot, capsicum mix well, cook for 2 mts, mash mixture using potato masher
Switch off gas add lemon juice, mix well, keep aside
Slices pav in half midway, apply butter on them
Heat a pan, place pav on them with the butter side down, cook till crispy, apply butter on top and flip
Apply portion of prepared mixture on each slice of pav, spread evenly. Press it slightly and cook till the base is crisp
Flip again, cook for few seconds. Take it off the heat and transfer on a serving plate
Sprinkle a little onion, cucumber and fresh coriander
Serve hot
