1/2 cup boiled kabuli channa
1/2 cup green gram sprouts
1/2 teaspoon anardana seeds
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon amchur
1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1 Pinch hing
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup or as required Water to make soft sough
1 teaspoon ghee
2 teaspoon or as required Coriander for garnish
First make a semi soft dough with ghee water pinch of salt and wheat flour.
Then grind chana sprouts anardhana seeds salt and masalas.
Now roll out to half inch thick rotis and place the stuffing inside and grab the corners to make a ball.Make sure there are no gaps in the ball.
Pre heat the airfyer to 200 degrees for ten mins.
Once it’s pre heated place these Kachori in it then rub very little oil on it and sprinkle water on it and bake it. Now airfry it for 10 mins on each side.Garnish with coriander and serve with imli chutney.
