  • 2. 1/2 Glass of chickpea flour

  • 2 glass of sugar

  • 2 cup of ghee

  • 2 cup of mix dryfruits powder (dry coconut, Almond, cashew, walnut, pista, sunflower seeds, Peanut)

  • 2 tbsp Cardamom powder


  • In a heavy bottom pan heat the ghee, and add chickpea flour.
  • Roast chickpea flour at low flame, stir continuously until it becomes aromatic and lumps free .
  • Now off the flame and add roasted dryfruits powder, cardamom powder, sugar powder mix well with all ingredients.
  • Further more take small quantity of flour mixture and tightly bind it with the help of your palms
  • Make a round balls as u desire size. ...
  • Now Delicious besan ladoo is ready.
  • My tip :- dry roast the all dryfruits cool and then grind it to smooth powder.
