Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong daal

  • 1 cup chaana daal

  • 1 cup Masoor dal

  • 1 cup urad daal

  • 1 cup tuvar daal

  • 2 cups coriander leaves

  • 1 cup curry leaves

  • 7 to 8 green chillies

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 1 spoon jeera

  • 1 spoon Dhaniya powder

  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves

  • 1 inch Ginger

  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

    soak all pulses about 1/2 hours

  • 02

    drain it and grind it & grind all ingredients except oil and water

  • 03

    add water to batter as needed

  • 04

    Greece tawa with oil and make pancake

  • 05

    Serve with tomato sauce or any chatni
