Assemble all the ingredients. While boiling the chickpeas add a little amount of salt also.
Grind the boiled chickpea properly and then add the cottage cheese in it and again grind it to make a smooth paste.
Then add the half of the cardamom powder,milk powder, baking soda and mix it properly ti make smooth dough.
Then make small equal portions of the dough and put the roasted peanuts in the middle as a stuffing.
Then close from all sides of the balls and make small balls of it.
Then heat a Kadai with ghee and deep fry the balls in it in low flame till dark brown in colour.
Heat another vessel with sugar, water, remaining half of the cardamom powder, saffron and rose water to make the sugar syrup of 1/2 strand consistency and switch off the flame.
Then add all the fried balls in the hot syrup. Now the peanut stuffed Chhole paneer gulabjamuns are ready.
Allow them to absorb the syrup at least for 1-2 hours.
While serving garnish some chopped pistachios over it.
