Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup godhuma ravva / wheat ravva


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 tbsp cashew


  • 1 tbsp kishmish


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cup ghee

Directions

  • In a pan add ghee, allow to heat and fry cashew and kishmish
  • Set them aside along with ghee
  • Now add ghee again and fry godhuma ravva/wheat ravva till it changes it colour
  • Now add water in 1:2 ratio(1 ravva : 2 water)
  • Cook till ravva is done now add sugar and cook till sugar melts
  • Add cardamom powder and sim for a min
  • Now transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with cashew, kishmish fried in ghee
