Take a pan add oil and heat
Now add chana dal, urad dal, sesame seeds, dry red chilly and, fresh coconut, turmeric and fry them
Now transfer them into a plate and cool to room temperature
Now make it fine powder and add salt, red chilly powder and mix well
Now take a bowl and fill with 3/4th water and add salt
Now take brinjals and cut them at the bottom in "x" shape
Dip these cut brinjals in water till all done
Now take each brinjal and stuff koora podi/masala powder
Now in a pan add oil and stuffed brinjals and fry them till done
If podi/powder is left add it later to cooked brinjal and fry till 2min
Now add finely chopped coriander and serve with rice
