Soak udad dal for 30 minutes
Grind dal to smooth paste
Fine chop onion, chilli, garlic and coriander
Mix this to the paste, also add salt and mix well
Now we are ready to go
Heat oil in a deep pan
Wet your hands.
Take some paste in your hands, pinch and drop into the medium hot oil.
Make bites size pakoras
Fry until golden brown. Remove in a dish
Serve immediately with your favourite flavored tea.
