In a pan add oil and ghee, allow to heat add one cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 2 peppercorns, shahjeera and bay leaf
Fry them, now add finely chopped onions and saute for a min later add tomatoes and turmeric powder and allow it to cook
Meanwhile take potatoes and cut i to 4 big cubes, add water and cook in cooker for 3 whistles
After cooker releases pressure take potato out and take off peel and set aside
Now in a pan dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilly, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick separately
Allow to cool them and make fine powder in a mixer kadai masala is ready
Now check in tomato mixture if they turn mushy mash them with poatato masher or wodden churner
Now add salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kadai masala and saute for a min
Now add little water and check for gravy consistency and add boiled and peeled potatoes
Cook for a min and add finely chopped coriander and serve hot with any indian bread
