In a bowl add maida/all purpose flour, salt and mix well
Now add luke warm water gradually and make a dough
Tuck the dough and grease with ghee and set aside
Allow the dough to rest for 15 to 30 min
Later make balls from dough and roll them using rolling pin
Now apply ghee on one side and sprinkle with flour and fold as pleats and make round again
Now take this and flaten round with hand
Meanwhile heat tawa and place this parotta and roast both sides using ghee or oil
Parotta is ready take from tawa and squishthis to separate layer and serve with favourite curry
