Take 3 bowls and add 1/2 cup gram flour in each bowl.Start preparing one at a time.Take one bowl and to it add spinach and corriander juice (1 cup) and 1/4 cup curd and 1/4 cup water.Add a pinch of asoefoetida ,some salt and some castor sugar.Whisk together to get a smooth consistency.
Now take a heavy base pan and keep it on the flame.Pour this mixture in the pan and keep stiring it consistently.Keep it cooking till u get a thick paste.Cook for 5min.Now switch off the flame and quickly pour this mixture on a neat and clean surface(like kitchen shelf if its granite)or even big steel plate.Quickly start spreading this batter like dosa.Now sprinkle some chopped corriander leaves and cut thin strips.Now start rolling the strips to form rolls.Keep the rolled strips in a plate.
For Garnishing
Take oil in a pan.Heat the oil and crackele mustard and sesame seeds .Also add curry leaves.Switch off the flame.When cool thn add lemon juice ,some salt ,green chillies and lemon juice.Garnish this on the rolls.
Now to make the other rolls,You can add pomegranate juice to the second bowl and carrot juice to the third bowl.The rest of the process remains the same.!These are pieer packed and nutritious Tripple Mania Rolls.!Pleasure to ur eyes and tongue.!
