1/2 cup sprouted moth
1 cucumber chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
10 peanuts boiled
1 handful pomogranate
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp oil
Directions
In oil add moth and saute for a minute.
Mix all ingredients together
Add this sauted moth and mix well
Serve this in lunch or dinner as salad
