Method :-
Heat the ghee / oil in the cooker, now add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf and ginger add garlic and fry lightly. Now add onion, keep it light, keep the flame medium, now add tomatoes, now add spinach and mix the washed lentils as well Now add all other spices including salt and fry for 2-3 minutes, add 3 times water to the size of the lentils and after taking 2 whistles, cook it on a slow flame for 3 to 5 minutes. Boil put spoon or mathani or hand blender and stair round 2-4 time and need to re-heat with water
for tadaka :- 1-2 Take ghee in pan add mustard, cumin seeds red chilli and asafetida put on it pulses
