Masoor Dal (red lentil) 250 gms
Ghee 4 tbsp
gum raisins(gond) 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar 100 gms
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
as needed Almonds, chopped Pistachios for garnishing 1 cups
In a pan Add the masoor dal and roast it on a medium high flame till it changes colour.
Once the masoor dal changes colour, transfer it on a plate and let it cool down. After the masoor dal cools down add it in the mixer grinder and grind it to a powder.
In the same pan heat some ghee. Add the masoor dal powder and roast till gets a nice aroma..
Add gum raisins..Mix well
Transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.
Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and pistachios.
Mix everything well with your hands.
Take some portion of the mixture and start making laddus.
Garnish each laddu with Almonds,pistachios flakes.
Delicious Masoor dal Ladoo are ready to be served.
