Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 cup mix Legumin ( dal)

  • 2 ½ cup oats

  • 2-3 green chilies

  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • 3 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped

  • 1 tea spoon sugar

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon oil for greasing pan for each dosa

    1. Soak the mix Legumin in warm water for half an hour, and grind to batter with green chilies , ginger garlic paste, coriander , sugar and water as required to a medium consistency. 2. Grind the oats to a fine flour and mix with the legumin batter and add more water if needed. 3. Add Salt to taste Mix the batter well. 4. Heat the non-stick dosa pan and make dosas , pour little oil so the sides start leaving the pan. 5. Roast till golden brown and cook on the flip side. 6. Your dosa is ready serve with tomato ketchup/ green / red chutney.
