1. Soak the mix Legumin in warm water for half an hour, and grind to batter with green chilies , ginger garlic paste, coriander , sugar and water as required to a medium consistency.
2. Grind the oats to a fine flour and mix with the legumin batter and add more water if needed.
3. Add Salt to taste Mix the batter well.
4. Heat the non-stick dosa pan and make dosas , pour little oil so the sides start leaving the pan.
5. Roast till golden brown and cook on the flip side.
6. Your dosa is ready serve with tomato ketchup/ green / red chutney.
