Soak both the dals separately at night
Grind Soaked moong dal and channa dal into paste using minimal water
Add ginger paste, cilantro, hing, red chili powder, baking soda, and salt
Mix well with hand to make the batter fluffy
Heat oil in a wok and put small portions of batter to make ladoos
Fry until light brown n crispy.
Garnishing : Top it with some chaat masala, grated mooli, Coriander leaves, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney and serve!
