1 cup urad dal soaked over night
1/2 cup rice soaked over night
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 tsp schezwan chutney
Directions
Grind urad dal and rice together to smooth paste and keep to ferment for 9 hours
Grind coconut to smooth paste and add it into the batter.
Stir well. And grease a tawa with butter.
Pour this batter and make dosa.
When dosa is done and it starts coming off spead schezwan chutney on it.
Add one tsp butter and when it melts just roll dosa and serve hot.
