Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup urad dal, soaked for an hour

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tomato chopped

  • 1 sprig curry leaf

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 glass water

  • 1/2 tsp haldi

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 green chilli chopped

Directions

    HEat oil and add mustard

  • 02

    When it pops add green chilli, curry leaf.

    Add onion and Add salt and wait till it shrinks

  • 04

    Add tomato and when it leaves oil add the seasoning

  • 05

    Add urad dal and cook for a minute.

  • 06

    Add water and cover till its cooked completely

  • 07

    Serve hot with rice or bhakar
