Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts (Ground nuts)

  • 1 tsp jaggery

  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder (according to your spiciness)

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 Pinch of hing

  • 2 -3 garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 small size tamarind

Directions

    Take a pan and roast the peanuts on low to medium flame.

    Next add oil, tamarind, and garlic fry till garlic changes the golden brown colour.

    Now cooled all frying ingredients and transfer to the blender or mixi jar. Then add chilli powder, cumin powder, hing, jaggery and salt then grind coarsely.

    Finally Peanut dry chutney powder is ready. Serve with rice, chapati for side dishes. Well combination with curd .
