  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts (Ground nuts)

  • 1 tsp jaggery

  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder (according to your spiciness)

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 Pinch of hing

  • 2 -3 garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 small size tamarind


  • Take a pan and roast the peanuts on low to medium flame.
  • Next add oil, tamarind, and garlic fry till garlic changes the golden brown colour.
  • Now cooled all frying ingredients and transfer to the blender or mixi jar. Then add chilli powder, cumin powder, hing, jaggery and salt then grind coarsely.
  • Finally Peanut dry chutney powder is ready. Serve with rice, chapati for side dishes. Well combination with curd .
