In a pressure cooker add matki and water cook the matki on 1 whistle.
In a mixer grinder add greated coconut and tamarind and grind to a fine paste.
Keep this mixture aside.
In a non stick pan, heat some oil, add musturd seeds, Curry leaves and fry.
Add gingergarlic paste and saute, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, coconut mixture, garam masala powder salt and mix well.
Add Boiled matki and cook for 5 mins.
