Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 Cup matki soaked for 5hours

  • 1 Cup grated coconut

  • 2tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1tbsp gingergarlic paste

  • 1 tbsp tamarind

  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder

  • 1 tbsp green chilli finely chopped

  • 7-8 Curry leaves

  • 1 tbsp musturd seeds

  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnish

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp Sev for garnish.

Directions

    In a pressure cooker add matki and water cook the matki on 1 whistle.

    In a mixer grinder add greated coconut and tamarind and grind to a fine paste.

    Keep this mixture aside.

    In a non stick pan, heat some oil, add musturd seeds, Curry leaves and fry.

    Add gingergarlic paste and saute, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, coconut mixture, garam masala powder salt and mix well.

    Add Boiled matki and cook for 5 mins.

  • 07

    Garnish with coriander leaves and sev
